Complaints and returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. Here you can read how complaints, exchanges or return of goods take place with us.

You can return the goods to us without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

After receiving the goods, we will immediately send the money back to your bank account.

We will pay you the price for the complete order incl. the postage you paid in the order. We pay postage from you back to us only if the complaint is accepted.

The goods must not be damaged, used in any way (including testing) and must not be washed.

By law, you have a complaint period of 24 months for goods.

Claims for complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear, which is associated with the nature of the products.

In the event of an accepted complaint, we will immediately exchange the goods for new ones or refund your money.

We will refund the price for the complete order incl. postage.

As an apology for the complaint, you will receive a 20% discount on your next purchase.

For a better check, please also attach the invoice with the marked products you are returning to the form.

If it is a complaint, we will handle it within the second day of receiving the package - the claimed goods will be with you again within 3 working days of receipt.

If the claimed goods are no longer available, we will contact you with a choice of alternative.

Refunds take place within 14 working days of receiving the goods back.
