1. How do you manage to combine the role of mother with the role of manager in the Be Charity Endowment Fund?
Thanks to flexible working hours, a great team and work at home office, I luckily manage to combine everything, I'm glad for that.
2. What led you to your current job?
Since I was already working as a freelancer before my maternity leave, I was looking for a similar type of work. I really like working with people and work that has meaning. By chance, life led me to a job that I had been thinking about for a long time, thanks to my previous work experience with Bára Nesvadbová.
