We are a Czech family brand that was born from a simple idea: to do things less and better. Since 2008, we have been manufacturing premium clothing and home decor in the Czech Republic and the EU using linen, organic cotton, wool, and other natural materials with an extra softening finish, so they feel like a "second skin" to you. Our Well & Less philosophy connects more than 100,000 customers who seek quality, sustainable, and well-thought-out items without unnecessary compromise.
Our story
It all started with men's underwear, which in 2008 was mostly synthetic, ill-fitting, and unimaginative. We decided to change that, and a family brand of underwear was born—made from high-quality natural materials, with first-class craftsmanship and a more playful, confident design. Gradually, we added women's and children's underwear, pajamas, bedding, and leisurewear, until ELKA LOUNGE naturally transformed into a fashion brand for the entire day with an extension into home decor.
A Czech brand with a european reach
All development takes place in our family studio in Central Bohemia, and sewing is carried out in carefully selected workshops across the Czech Republic and the EU. Most of our production is still created in the Czech Republic, with the remainder in Europe, because we want to ensure that fair conditions and honest craftsmanship stand behind every single piece. Over 80% of our suppliers are local companies that share the same ethical standards, and our goal is to grow from a Czech brand into a respected European one without compromising the values we started with.
