Exchange of goods
If you wish to exchange goods, send them back to us and write the item/size you would like to receive in exchange in the form. We provide an extended period of 30 days for exchanges. The goods must not be damaged, used in any way, and must not be washed. DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE
Returns
You can return the goods to us without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The goods must not be damaged, used in any way, and must not be washed. DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE
Claim entitlement
By law, you have a 24-month warranty period for the goods. Claims do not apply to normal wear and tear associated with the nature of the products. In the event of an approved claim, we will immediately exchange the goods for new ones or refund your money. DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE
