We are looking for a colleague for the Back Office position to join our team.

Job description

• Administrative assistance for the CEO and other team members - document management, application settings, maintenance of databases, shared drives, etc.
• Preparation of documents
• E-shop management at a user level - translations of texts, uploading products and photos
• Operational support - inventory, assistance with shipping and preparation for production, ...
• Arrangements - equipment purchases, mail, handling administrative tasks, cooperation on event preparation and other ad hoc needs to support the team

What we require

• Minimum secondary education completed with a school-leaving exam (maturita)
• Basic knowledge of English for PC operation and foreign online tools
• Driving license group B
• Good knowledge of PC work with office programs and other common programs of today
• Willingness to do minor manual work - understanding the environment of a manufacturing company - i.e., occasionally moving something, delivering something, helping out

What will you be responsible for?

• Development of the retail network – concept stores, fashion & home decor retailers.
• Development of our B2B sales – for example, bed linen for boutique hotels/glampings, sustainable clothing for staff of interesting businesses, cooperation with wellness centers, developers, architects, etc.
• Partnership building with other brands and entities, and general identification of business opportunities for the brand.
• The goal is to create a B2B network of partners alongside the brand's B2C communication line.

What we believe you should meet:

• Experience in a Sales Representative or Agent position, ideally in the field of fashion, accessories, designer furniture, hospitality, etc. (alternatively, experience in procurement, where you know the position and requirements from the other side).
• Communication skills, drive, and a positive mindset.
• Organizational skills.
• Driving license.
• A sense for fashion & design, following trends.
• English language for potential international activities, which we would also welcome.

Do you know how to sew with precision and have spare capacity? Great, come and sew for our clothing brand. We welcome reinforcement of any scope, from sewing most of the month to lower-scale assistance. We are looking for help with our linen collection as well as our knitwear program (T-shirts, hoodies, underwear).

External cooperation requires a business license (živnostenský list) or a Contract for Services (DPP) and your own machine for processing products according to the samples and training we provide.

We are looking for reinforcement for our small-series workshop to handle cutting and preparatory work for sewing.
